Payroll Services

Current employees can access the Employee Self-Service website, ess.gendyn.com, to perform the following actions and more:

• updating direct deposit information
• updating federal withholding information
• viewing and printing the previous year's W2
• viewing and printing pay statements

Former employees of General Dynamics can access ESS for one year after the end of their employment to reprint W2 forms and pay statements.

All current and former employees of General Dynamics and its subsidiaries who have payroll questions or requests can contact the General Dynamics Employee Service Center at 877-GD-EMP-SRV (1-877-433-6777) for assistance with following issues such as:

• obtaining payroll information
• requesting the reprint of a W2 on the next scheduled reprint date (ask a Representative for details)
• updating federal and state withholding information
• updating direct deposit information

Verification of employment is available through The Work Number at http://www.theworknumber.com/ or 800-367-5690. The General Dynamics company code for The Work Number is 12184.

All current and former employees can obtain information on health and welfare programs, SSIP (401k) or pension benefits by logging on to http://www.gdbenefits.com/ or contacting the General Dynamics Service Center at 1-888-GD-BENEFITS (1-888-432-3633). Service Center representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET.
