Prioritizing tasks, drafting messages, OPORDs, WARNOs (Warning Order), and FRAGOs, staffing to appropriate elements, finalizing messages, OPORDs, WARNOs, and FRAGOs, publishing and posting on portal, assisting staff sections and MSCs in drafting, staffing and publication of messages, OPORDs, WARNOs, and FRAGOs. Maintaining logs of all working and published documents, receiving and responding to RFIs (Request for Information), preparing, updating and briefing orders, preparing PowerPoint presentations/briefings, developing and maintaining continuity book, coordinating as required with CENTCOM, USARCENT, MNC-I, MNF-I, DoD and Federal Agencies and Components, keeping 1st TSC Deputy G3 informed. Coordinating with Orders Managers in the ARCENT Rear (Atlanta) to assist with resolution of issues. Coordinating with Orders Manager in the 1st TSC MCP Rear (Fort Bragg) to assist with resolution of issues. Posting Flight information to STRAT AIR Reports. Posting and Updating Boots on Ground (BOG) to Force Requirement Enhancement Data (FRED). Coordinating and visiting Gateways in support of operating procedures on a Monthly or Quarterly basis. Keeping all section members for both G3 and G5 informed about anything that may affect them. Daily update of the 1st TSC Portal with a variety of information that is constantly review by General Officers, MACOM and subordinate units for vital information. Updating and briefing orders. Preparing PowerPoint presentations/briefings. Publishing and posting orders on portal, assisting staff sections and MSCs in drafting orders. Duties will be accomplished in accordance with FM 5.0, Army Planning and Orders Production N/A Experience in logistics and sustainment planning and operations, running web based programs and a knowledge of logistical staff functions. Knowledge and planning experience in tactical operations and coordination of staff elements in support of sustainment operations. Obtain/Maintain a DoD Secret Clearance May be required to perform TDY throughout the CENTCOM AOR. Position
