Managing the daily workload of assigned Fleet Managers to include the Quality Analysis/Quality Control ()of all finished products prior to submission to Materiel Readiness Branch(MRB). Senior Fleet Manager must be able to perform all tasks outlined in Para 4.12 of this SOW.

Providing a daily CENTCOM Materiel Readiness report for the theater and weekly equipment readiness charts for the Commander's top 20 and any other requested fleet within the CENTCOM AOR, using the many analytical tools within LIW. Readiness reports are generated thru analysis of SAMS 026 reports. The SAMS 026 report is designed as a real time report (within 24 hours) and is accessed via the Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) website which provides qualified DOD personnel and contractors with access to equipment readiness reports.

Establish contact with Field Service Representatives, Logistics Assistance Representatives, and The Defense Logistics Agency to gather information on issues influencing readiness.

Attend, on a weekly basis, all meetings requiring a MRB representative. The primary purpose for these meetings is to discuss or present equipment readiness or maintenance status, but may include sustainment topics or reoccurring logistics updates to the chain of command. A Secret clearance is required to attend select meetings. Briefing senior level audiences is required.

The Contractor shall comply with the following publications to perform these duties:
a. DA PAM 750-8 - The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS)
b. DA PAM 710-2-2 - Supply Services Activity System Management Procedures
c. AR 710-2 - Supply Policy below the National Level
d. AR 750-1 - Army Materiel Maintenance Policy



Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the Business Management, Logistics Management, or related field. In lieu of a degree, 10 to 15 years of senior level Army Maintenance and Supply Management experience is acceptable.

TSC/ESC level experience as an Army Maintenance and Supply Manager of Wheel and Track vehicles to include all associated weapon systems and electronic enablers. Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, and Excel.

Requires working knowledge of LIW, ILAP, SAMS (legacy)/SAMS-E and thorough understanding of the 026 Reports.
