Mobility Administration DMC/Mobility Develop CONOPs, Staff Estimates, Operation Orders, and associated Annexes. Knowledge of the following is essential: functionality of the Global Command and Control System (GCCS), force structure, organizations, missions and functions of Joint and Army service organizations, Video Teleconference media to coordinate unit movement requirements coordination, transportation scheduling, force development and re-deployment flow management, joint planning processes, and strategic plan concepts, functionality with the use of PowerPoint and TransVisualization software, ability to analyze data for full spectrum operation synchronization and mitigation. The contractor will have access to current Army/unit requirements and current established movement plans for army units. Maintain situational awareness and report on Air, Land, Sea movements within the CENTCOM operational area to include command initiatives, high visibility equipment moves, and deployment/redeployment efforts. Be prepared to Brief senior level audiences when tasked. Provide technical, clerical, and administrative support in the performance of Intra-Theater Request System (ITARs), Global Transportation Network (GTN), Single Mobility System (SMS), Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3), TRANSLOG WEB (module inside BCS3), and Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement System (TC-AIMS). Maintain interface and healthy working relationship with Theater Aerial Ports, CDDOC, Air Mobility Division AMD, Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), 4.23.5 Maintain Secure net Account through Army Air Clearance Authority (AACA) to review and validate air challenges as received from AACA, Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) with a 72 hour turnaround. Be able to investigate and intervene Transportation Control Numbers (TCN) prioritization. Maintain coordination with AACA for Green Sheet resolution. Verify the authenticity of the requests then forward to applicable authority. Assist in analyzing mission and resource tasking requirements, in conjunction with higher level guidance (ARCENT/CENTCOM), regarding operations to develop, adapt, modify, coordinate and implement OPLANS, fragmentation orders (FRAGOS), and related planning documents. Become familiar with CENTCOM letter of instruction for Intra-Theater Airlift with knowledge of space block request procedures. Develop and provide input to formal presentations for the immediate Chain of Command level. Maintain and report pallet positions at aerial ports, Air movements with mission numbers and unit line numbers, in-transit cargo, and supporting sand chart spread sheets for current/projection illustrations. Proficiency with Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Computerized Movement Planning and Status System (COMPASS), Transportation Coordinator - Automated Information System II (TC-AIMS II), Transportation Coordinator Automated Command and Control Information System (TC-ACCIS), AGCCS, the collateral local area network, Microsoft Office, and Unit Status Reporting (USR), planning, and deployment/redeployment operations in order to provide guidelines for subordinate commands, Intra-Theater Request System (ITARs), Global Transportation Network (GTN), Single Mobility System (SMS), Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3), TRANSLOG WEB (module inside BCS3), and Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement System (TC-AIMS). Experience with contingency planning and operations, and knowledge of joint staff operations. May be required to perform TDY throughout the CENTCOM AOR |
